Purchase, complimentary grants, and delivery

FeelMyMac is sold directly by BinaryBears LLC. Checkout is provided by Stripe. A completed payment gives the purchaser access to the licensed download through the delivery method shown at checkout. Prices, currency, taxes, and any available payment methods are shown before you place an order.

BinaryBears LLC may also grant selected recipients a complimentary license without a Stripe payment. A complimentary license provides the same app-use and update entitlement described below, but creates no purchase, refund, or payment right.

License keys and protected purchase or complimentary delivery links are personal to their recipient. Do not forward them or redistribute the app. To recommend FeelMyMac, share the public demo page so each person can obtain their own copy.

Free demo

When demo downloads are available, you may download and use the features listed on the demo page with no time limit. The installed demo works offline and does not require an account, email address, payment card or online activation.

Other materials and sound profiles, adjustable spacing and tone, and keyboard sound require a full license. They remain locked in the demo, without premium previews. There is no countdown, renewal or automatic charge.

Buying and activating a complete license unlocks every current feature in the same installation, preserving your preferences. The free demo does not itself grant access to paid features.

Your license

Subject to payment or an authorized complimentary grant from BinaryBears LLC, and to these Terms, you receive a perpetual, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use FeelMyMac on Macs you own or control for your own personal or internal use. The license belongs only to the purchaser or named recipient and includes future updates we release for FeelMyMac.

The licensing service designates one Mac as current at a time. FeelMyMac silently revalidates the license about once a week without delaying startup. Each successful validation provides signed authorization for up to 30 days of offline use. A temporary network or service failure is not treated as a revocation, but premium features are disabled if the app cannot obtain valid signed authorization before that deadline. The app returns to the limited free demo and keeps your preferences.

Activating the same license on a new Mac makes the new installation the active one for licensing and updates. A previously recognized installation is not revoked merely because the license moves: it may continue to use its installed version while it can obtain valid signed authorization, but it is no longer entitled to updates.

You may not sell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, distribute, publish, share, or otherwise make the app or its download available to another person. You may not remove proprietary notices, bypass access controls, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Compatibility, updates, and support

FeelMyMac requires macOS 15.1 or later. Some tactile features depend on a locally verified compatible trackpad. Click sound can remain available when the tactile path is unavailable; Keyboard sound requires a full license. Review the compatibility information before buying.

We may provide updates, fixes, or changes to maintain or improve the app. In demo mode, checking for updates or downloading a new installer does not require a licensing credential. A licensed installation uses its existing protected update verification. Installing an update does not unlock paid features or change your license rights. Support is offered through @leonardocurtone on X. Please keep a copy of your purchase confirmation or complimentary delivery email for license-related support.

Cancellation, refunds, and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Checkout asks you to expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and to acknowledge that, once delivery begins, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply. Stripe records that acceptance with the purchase. If the consent is not validly obtained, the statutory withdrawal rights remain available.

For a paid purchase issue, duplicate charge, or refund request, contact us through the support route above with the Stripe purchase reference. We will review the request promptly and in line with applicable consumer law. A full refund, or another revocation verified by the licensing service, ends access to premium features when the app receives the signed revocation or its current signed authorization expires. The limited free demo remains available, with your preferences preserved. A partial refund does not by itself revoke the license. Refund rights do not apply to a license supplied free of charge, although mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Availability and liability

The app is provided as a software utility. We work to keep it reliable, but cannot guarantee that every device, workflow, or future macOS release will support every feature. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeelMyMac is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for legal, security, technical, or product reasons. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. For support, contact @leonardocurtone on X.
