These Terms apply when you visit this website, purchase, download, install, or use FeelMyMac. By completing a purchase or using the app, you agree to them.
Direct purchase and delivery
FeelMyMac is sold directly by Leonardo Curtone. Checkout is provided by Stripe. A completed payment gives the purchaser access to the licensed download through the delivery method shown at checkout. Prices, currency, taxes, and any available payment methods are shown before you place an order.
The secure download is personal to the purchaser. Do not forward the application, download link, license information, or a copy of the app to anyone else.
Your license
Subject to payment and these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use FeelMyMac on Macs you own or control for your own personal or internal use. The license belongs only to the purchaser.
You may not sell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, distribute, publish, share, or otherwise make the app or its download available to another person. You may not remove proprietary notices, bypass access controls, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Compatibility, updates, and support
FeelMyMac requires macOS 15.1 or later. Some tactile features depend on a locally verified compatible trackpad; Click and Keyboard sound can remain available when the tactile path is unavailable. Review the compatibility information before buying.
We may provide updates, fixes, or changes to maintain or improve the app. Support is offered through @leonardocurtone on X. Please keep a copy of your purchase confirmation for purchase-related support.
Cancellation, refunds, and consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where required, checkout will ask for your express consent to start the digital download immediately and your acknowledgement that this can affect the right of withdrawal. If that consent is not validly obtained, the statutory withdrawal rights remain available.
For a purchase issue, duplicate charge, or refund request, contact us through the support route above with the Stripe purchase reference. We will review the request promptly and in line with applicable consumer law.
Availability and liability
The app is provided as a software utility. We work to keep it reliable, but cannot guarantee that every device, workflow, or future macOS release will support every feature. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeelMyMac is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for legal, security, technical, or product reasons. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. For questions, contact @leonardocurtone on X. Mandatory consumer-protection law always takes precedence over conflicting terms.
