What does FeelMyMac add to my Mac?
FeelMyMac brings tactile surfaces and integrated sound feedback to compatible pointer interactions. It is designed to make scrolling, taps, and typing feel more present without changing the workflow you already know.
Is the audio feedback separate from the tactile feel?
Yes. FeelMyMac includes its own audio feedback layer alongside the tactile experience, so the app can add a sound dimension directly to the interaction.
Which interactions receive feedback?
FeelMyMac includes feedback for scrolling and taps, plus a separate keyboard sound. The exact behavior for each supported surface will be documented with the release.
Which trackpads and macOS versions are supported?
FeelMyMac requires macOS 15.1 or later. Haptic and Material sound are enabled only after the app verifies the connected trackpad locally; Click and Keyboard sound remain independent when that check is unavailable.
Why might FeelMyMac need Accessibility permission?
macOS uses Accessibility permission to let FeelMyMac respond to the interactions you enable, including pointer movement and keyboard sound. Those events are processed on your Mac to produce feedback, not sent to us.
